Go West!

in Our Saga

Tonight we will start our trek to the wild west. But first we must swing through MS for the MS Home Educators Conference, then to MO, then KS, and finally to CO where the flies are sluggish at 9000′ and easy to dispose of (see the tour dates). It’s going to be a very busy summer, complete with the arrival of our new baby! I have to admit, I’m a bit overwhelmed by all the driving, setup, tear down, get settled, get unsettled moments before us, and would covet your prayers. But there are some perks as well; like seeing family, enjoying the cool mountain air at Horn Creek (which you should check out for a family vacation!), and having some time to write and record, and having meals provided at the Horn Creek (that’s right ladies! they bring the meals to your own table…).

Plus, there’s the view…..  See you down the road!

Nathan we attended your concert at the MS Home Educators Conference and were deeply touched by your style of music as well as the “meat” of the lyrics. I pray for your family as you travel and may God continue to bless you with simple melodies coupled with his inspired and infallible word.

Thanks so much! I was sorry we had to run off that night instead of having the time to relax during the refreshment time and the rest of the conference, but we certainly appreciated the time we had. We met so many wonderful folks. Thanks for saying hi. ~ nathan

nathan – how blessed we were to have you in Mississippi at MHEA conference. you touched our hearts. thanks for blessing my wife for our anniversary as you did. we just finished watching your DVD tonight. also, thank you for speaking the truth about our wretchedness – apart from the grace of Almighty God.

hang in there. God is using you in a mighty, yet quiet/humble way. men, whether they admit it or not, need to hear what the Lord has put on your heart.

In Christ Alone,
Tony

I will be praying for your upcoming tour and baby. What blessings!!
My children and I watched your Franklin Springs special the other day, and I have found my son (and myself) humming several of the songs more than once. Thank you for bringing back the lost, but richly fruitful art of singing Psalms! I can’t wait to see what God will do through your ministry and family. Thank you for your obedience to your calling. I hope to one day make it to one of your performances.. I don’t suppose you want to start touring Army bases any time soon?!
Blessings,
Mandy

Nathan,

Thank you for stopping by this weekend. We are truly blessed by your concert and fellowship. We will be praying for you this summer!

Thanks Mandy! My brother is a chaplain in the Army and we have talked about me playing at Army bases for some time, but he can’t set it up because of the obvious possible “conflict of interest.” So, yes!

Nathan,

Keep singing God’s Word! My family has been so encouraged by your music and our worship time with you at Grace Covenant, Dallas GA. In these days of testing, may Christ be our refuge and shelter!

Nathan,
Thank you so much for blessing us with your music. We watched the story of you and your family on Franklin Springs. May God continue to bless you and your family as you travel and bless others. We will look for you when you come back to Virginia!
